Principals
President - John Doris, MBA
John has been involved in small business for the past 10 years, specializing in financial analysis, forecasting, sales, marketing and monitoring. John recently earned his MBA from Queen's University (Honours), he has a Bachelor of Economics (Graduated with Distinction), and has completed his Canadian securities Course (Honours). John also has 5 years experience working at one of Canada's largest financial institutions where his primary duties consisted of managing the financing, investing and day-to-day banking needs of commercial clients.
Vice President - James Doris, LL.B
James has also been involved in small to medium sized business for the past 10 years, focusing on sales, marketing, operational systems, client relations and conflict management. James is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate formation and reorganization, business purchase and sale transactions, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and construction law matters. James was previously employed at one of Canada's leading business law firms on Bay St. in Toronto.
